Windows support has been requested for awhile now. We do have a vagrantfile and vagrant documentation for developers and users, but none of our developers have an up-to-date version of Windows 7 or Windows 10. Someone should try to run the vagrantfile on these systems if they get a chance.

This isn't a high priority for now and users should know this may fail.
