So I am not guessing how to fix this.. as my efforts have failed. Could someone assist in what I need to do to resolve this?

ImportError: No module named scrapy.cmdline

• using python2
• Mint Linux
• Installed requirements
• Updated scrapy
• this is a first install on this system but not the first I have run into this.
