DHT22 Sensor not converting C to F #1

The DHT22 sensor plugin is not honoring the system setting for C/F. Not sure if conversion should be done in plugin or in CBPI4 itself.

Should be fixed now. Looking at the cbpi4-pt100x code, it is done in the plug-in.
