Add a language not supported by CountryLocalizations.delegate

I would like to add French (fr) language support, is it possible and what is the best way to do it?

You could just take a look at a previous pull request to see how it's done. Multiple people has previously added translations, e.g. #21.

You'll of course have to translate the names, which can be a bit tedious. There are services, like Google Translate, which can translate documents automatically. With that said, I wouldn't trust that all country names would be translated correctly, especially if you have some weird translations like we have in my language.
