Use wooclap / kahoot / etc.
- Client acquisitor made a presentiation with the following flow:
  - we live in a VUCA world
  - work-life balance will become more entangled and we have to work longer
  - therefore work-well-being is super important
  - entire hypothesis is underlined with to questions:
    - what gives you energy at work? (feedback, collaboration, success stories)
    - what takes energy at work? meetings, managers, beurocracy
  - These are things that are not talked about and can only be measured using well-being surveys
