Toggling RPC server from header checkbox reverts after interacting with it #964

Replication:

Go to settings page
Click the checkbox that corresponds to the "active" RPC server
Click the dropdown arrow next to it

Expected either of:

RPC Server will be inactive upon toggling the checkbox off
Toggle is disabled if disabling "active" RPC server is prohibited
