AmiiboSN Changer Renewed - v2 - WIP

Since i got reports about problems with the last version that couldn't be easy fixed, i rewrote the application based on the libamiibo. This Pre-Release only contains the console application. Since i rewrote it in .NETCore it should run on linux without problems. For this release, you will need to have dotnet installed in linux, since its a portable build.
The readme will be updated later.
Usage:

dotnet "D:\AmiiboSN-Changer\ASNC.dll" -a "D:\AmiiboSN-Changer\Amiibos\8BitMario.bin" -c 2 -o "D:\AmiiboSN-Changer\Amiibos\Output"

Generated files are now a few bytes bigger. (572 Bytes) Don't worry about that.
Generated files were tested with N2Elite and TagMo.
