New school year, new style, new techs 😅

Migrate the current app from pandoc + nord theme to typst (as the pdf engine) + pandoc + catppuccin

The new workflow should implement the style in a new typst template for pandoc (extend the prebuilt one) and then use the raw attribute to replace every latex feature that was used before (formulas...) / advanced one (table, calculation...). Moreover, the pandoc-plot library should be used to create charts (but does it even work with the current setup 🤷...)
