Topiary Grass is uncraftable

Bug Report

Natura's Topiary Grass is currently impossible to craft. It does not seem to have a recipe.
I suspect this may not be intended since topiary grass is purely ornamental.

Expected Behaviour

Natura Topiary Grass has a recipe and is craftable

Steps to Reproduce (for bugs)

1. Search for Topiary Grass in jei
2. Click on the icon of topiary grass to check it's recipe
3. Observe
