Modular Machinery Structures Not Forming

Bug Report

I am trying to build the plastic molder for the platic advancement, but when i build the machine perfectly, it does not turn grey and cant find the structure. Only the chemical mixer and liquid processor form

Expected Behaviour

it keep staying orange and doesnt turn grey, it also cannot find the structure
