Phantom External Forces #24

At very random times, there is a spike in the external force to unusually high values.
To look into:

There is usually a phantom force always around coordinates (x,y)=5~10, 0
Temporary solution:
Added an additional external force limiter (however, spikes can appear inside the normal force values)
