When editing project properties, we should sync with pubspec.yaml (Split from #44).

For references, the name is currently stored in the following locations:

The name of the project file itself. This could be treated as an independent name which often aligns with the project name but is not required to do so.
The <AssemblyName> element within the .dartproj file.
The pubspec.yaml file.
