Doesn't hot reload rails anymore #80

overmind doesn't reload the assets server from Procfile.
I don't know how to trace/debug it.
but only rails server starts

I tried hivemind and it seems working fine with it.

So not sure what would be the issue and how to debug it.
I used the eveilchat repo from evilmartians

Turned out it can't read Procfile.dev only Procfile
