Determine state "Battery Empty" as: Left over charge that will keep the GPS module functioning for keeping track of time.

@theBrutzler wie hoch ist die Spannung bevor der Akku abschaltet? Wann ist der Moment an dem der Prozessor ausgehen soll, damit die RTC im GPS noch weiterlaufen kann?
