I tried a lot of things to bypass that thing, at least you did comment something useful. Thanks for the help, I'll try it and see if it works

Maybe the issue should remain open though - switching to another piece of software doesn't really solve the problem of this one.

Well, someone told me that the issue can be fixed by logging in your crunchy roll account, which I tried and wasn't able to pull off. Maybe any of you could try and see if it works
