Running the code in the MPDValidator using the instructions given in compile_and_run.txt (https://github.com/Dash-Industry-Forum/Conformance-and-reference-source/blob/master/conformance/MPDValidator/compile_and_run.txt) does not work.

We need to specify a temp file using -Dresolve=/tmp/file , else it assumes the existence of the file at location /xlink/resolve/file and would fail (and it does not create the directory /xlink/resolve)
