More exchanges support 0-conf

Currently there are only 2 0-conf exchanges: https://www.dash.org/where-to-buy/
As there are more exchanges are qualified for FastPass (1 or 2-conf) by accepting ChainLocks, as the next step we can aim for convincing more exchanges to support 0-conf.
InstantSend is practically secure and double spend shouldn't happen but the probability should be carefully examined.
