Describe the bug
User is able to click multiple times on follow/unfollow button on project dashboard .
Its causing the counter to increment more than one time

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to https://pipelinedashboard-khush.firebaseapp.com/projects/ef7be1c7-4c7e-483e-9cc0-84ec24694c4e
  2. Click on Follow button multiple times
  3. Check the follow count
  4. It increases abruptly

Expected behavior
Follow/Unfollow count should be increase/decreased more than 1 for any user.
