There should be an option to see the user's global or display avatar/banner. The current behavior is to always show the account avatar.

  • Add a profile parameter to the 'avatar' command
  • Add a profile parameter to the 'banner' command

Partially done in 10293b3.

The second task is blocked by discord.py missing a feature to view guild profile banners, which is blocked by Discord's API missing the option to fetch member banners (discord/discord-api-docs#4217).
