When placing the training monkey all 3 abilities show in the abilities list but when placing or upgrading a tower the reset and remove dummy boss abilities disappear from the abilities list.

This is intentional to prevent the ability bar from being cluttered. You can still access the reset and remove abilities by tapping the training monkey
