Let me copy a method configuration inside my workspace #112

I often want to adapt a method configuration I already have in my workspace for another purpose. The UI won't let me do this; I have to manually navigate to the MR (#111) and then export a blank MC to the workspace I just came from.

A "clone" button on the left menu inside the method config screen would save me that busywork.

I realised you can: go to the MC list, hit "import", choose "import from another workspace", and then choose my own workspace.

This is about as many clicks but ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
