my computer is windows vistar7 ,i install agent 5.13.x ,but i can not read log files in my agent ,the effect is like that 馃憤

the same problem as the log forward stasd and collectd .
i open the log file in C:\ProgramData\Datadog\logs,there are many chinese in it .like that

i think this is the unicode error ,why you do not use utf8 ,when i changed the encode method in utf8 ,this error has solved!

I'm also seeing that even though my agent is reporting into Datadog, v5.13.0 on Windows 2012R2, if I open the logs via notepad or view them in Explorer it does not appear they're being written to at all.
