Add hooks to automatically create events on dpkg actions

Hello, there.

Could the agent, on installation, add some sort of hooks to dpkg and the other main package managers, in order to fire events in Datadog on package actions as installation, upgrade or remove of packages, with the affected packages? That could be very useful to limit the scope of search when a package causes a sudden glitch in stats.
