Use MINIMUM_VERSION in resque compatible? check #1426

I happened to spot this while reviewing the current implementation.

MINIMUM_VERSION was added in 768f560 but not used and presumably an oversight.

👌 @marcotc for what it's worth I did a quick scan and that appeared to be the only reference missing.
