From Zendesk Ticket 185:

Copying three cells in a single rows (A B C) copies "A\tB\tC\n" (Windows 10, Excel) instead of "A\t\B\tC" (expected, as seen in Excel Online). This \n character has DataGridXL believe that there are 2 rows copied, instead of just one. It somehow also clears any value in the first cell of this second row.
