Syllable count is incorrect on accented vowels #32

Words such as canapé and ajouré gives one less syllable than it should. The accented vowel should count as a distinct syllable.

Thanks for adding this. There's more info at https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/English_terms_with_diacritical_marks - this is an interesting problem to solve.
