Provide a new chart type: Gauges

Example from bootstrap skin: https://www.kainzbauer.net/weather/Rif/

Ideas

  • Gauge charts could be shown instead of stat tiles - e.g. there could be 6 gauge charts and the rest of the observations is shown as stat tiles (a combination of both).
