Provide a feature (ie, an adjacent link?) by which a user can indicate that an image's selected alt text is not helpful (example tweet where OCR text would not be helpful but would likely be automatically detected).
Also add feature in same control set for user to provide suggested revision (to go into approval queue).
This is obviously a very...big request.
