Automatic Speech Output for Screen Readers

I use the NVDA screen reader to play Glulx games on my computer, but must use an add-on to automatically read the information. If possible, please add support for Tolk to Windows Glulx so it can automatically output information to NVDA and other Windows screen readers. This would eliminate the need for the add-on entirely. Is there any news on this? I can use the add-on for now, but I'd like native automatic speech output if possible.
