Match users by email?

Hi,

I'm looking for a solution like this, for a large organization (for which writing a mapping would be too much work), where the usernames are not always 1:1 between GitHub and Slack, but the emails actually are.

Would it be possible to look up users that need reminders, based on the email they share between GitHub and Slack?

I don't think it's possible because email is a sensitive information and is not returned by the GitHub API.

I was hoping maybe each of the APIs can be asked for usernames based on the email.
