Allow for the width of the intellisense window to be increased #152

The intellisense window currently comes up with a fixed size which can be an issue if you have a model with long object names. However because of the complex interactions with the focus between the intellisense list and the editor it is difficult to allow manual resizing of the intellisense window. As a workaround we may need to allow a global option where people can specifiy a percentage increase for the width of this window.
