Add option to turn off metadata auto refresh

When switching back to DAX Studio it currently checks the last updated date of the model for the current connection. The works find most of the time, but when connected to large models or models hosted on aszure or powerbi this can sometimes cause a noticeable delay. There should be an option to turn off the auto refresh
