Mod cant read modified config

I added the mod, started server and the mod was able to read the config. I changed the config, rebooted the server but it still has the old config. Also removed the mod and reinstalled - same problem.

I know this has been a while and don't know if you still play or are trying to use the mod.
Sounds like you used the "install" button.

Are you sure you moved the mod from the default mod install folder to the appropriate folder?
It's not designed to be run inside the default folder.
