deploy.yml defines Redis__Host rather than Redis__Hostname. #1

The deploy.yml file defines the Redis__Host environment variable, but the Startup class is trying to read Redis__Hostname ie:

var redisHost = Configuration.GetSection("Redis").GetValue<string>("Hostname");

This should probably change to the following for consistency:

var redisHost = Configuration.GetSection("Redis").GetValue<string>("Host");
