When running Echofilter 1.2.0 on Echoview 13, the line-variable icons are no longer showing in the Echoview Dataflow.

Further investigation revealed that this problem only occurs when Echofilter is set to hide the Echoview window it generates while Echofilter is running. There is no issue if the Echoview window is left open.

Furthermore, it seems that the Echoview application is not being closed when Echofilter finishes running, if Echofilter was set to hide a the new Echoview window it creates.
