Replace inactive gaming channels with ded server channels

maybe have the groups by games instead of gen voice and gaming
also put all the voice chats at the bottom of the list in groups

general chat
minecraft vcs with minecraft text channels (voice 1,2 text 1,2){possibly a different channel with an in server cht plugin aswell}
GMOD general chat (for out of server, {possibly a different channel with an in server cht plugin aswell}
other gaming (voice 1,2,3 text 1,2,3)(edited)

ideas borrowed form other servers, mainly ones with multiple types of games, like "blizzard's sanctuary" we dont need this many nchats but organising by games/general chat would be interesting and remove redundant channels)

Add channel headers and descriptions as well
