nuget package for rx.js is missing files #1932

There are a ton of files that are here that are not in the nuget package which makes the nuget package useless because it won't compile without them.

Please fix the nuget package.

@JohnGalt1717 what files are missing? I've just downloaded package rx.js.TypeScript.DefinitelyTyped and it have all the files from rx.js folder.
