Occasionally the CI fails on test promise::test::async_std_tests::delayed_fn_single where it runs for longer than 60 seconds.

This could just be super slow execution in the CI environment but the test always seem to timeout on this specific test.
This probably indicates that there might be an inconsistent dead locking issue.
