Current behavior

User views an idiom
She clicks [(+) New implementation]
She types her favorite language
She fills the code block, and other fields
She clicks [Save]
Blue screen, with explicative error message.

Desired behavior

User views an idiom
She clicks [(+) New implementation]
She types her favorite language
Explicative error message : "Sorry, this lang is unsupported. The list is ...."
