add a workflow to derive the rootzone storage capacity and rooting depth based on climate data, based on the work done in Bouaziz et al. (2022).

Most of the work has already been done in the rootzone_clim branch, but still to do:

  • add test
  • properly mask no data for the resulting maps

@hboisgon, I made minor fixes and added a test. Because long timeseries are needed to test the workflow, I added a csv file with dummy P, PET and Q data in tests/data. Would you have time to review? I don't think you need to go through all the calculations in detail, but rather a review from a hydromt point a view would be very welcome! thank you!
