Add tests for the case where an assertion has a pre-computed discrepancy associated with a CVR, but that CVR has been re-audited and now no longer has the discrepancy or has a different discrepancy type.

Add tests for removal of a discrepancy that is present n > 1 times in an assertion's totals.
