Code page

Jelly programs consist of up to 256 different symbols, which are encoded using either UTF-8 or the Jelly code page. All characters have been chosen so that they can be typed on an US keyboard with international layout.

The character and the linefeed character can be used interchangeably, although it is advised to use a linefeed to separate links, and a pilcrow inside string literals.

For backwards compatibility, and ṿ can be used instead of § and Ä.
