Sugestios for future improvements:

  • make choice between QWERTY and AZERTY keyboards;
  • make a system that reads a .txt file map for the game. In the first line we can define all the tunnels of the map and then draw the map below, as we did with the map.txt file already used. This system would alow more flexibility for using many types of maps;
  • add sounds to the game;
  • add pause and configuration screens;
  • bomb animation;
  • add itens to the game;
  • adds a single player/multiplayer campaign;
  • add enemies and other elements;
  • option to change the game's language;
  • show top 10 ranking in the game over screen (function that reads the score file and find the best 10 and other that prints this top 10 ranking);
  • improve the game mechanics, as the time for the bomb explode power of explosion, player lives and others.

Remarks:

  • In the presented version of the game there is a bug when you put the bomb in network mode. In this version the bomb identification matrix is not exchanged between the client and server scripts, causing errors in counting points, bombs, deaths and more.
