Librarian version : 1.8.1
R Version         : 4.1.2

What problem do you get?

Currently, any customized github installation fails in librarian as you are not able to supply github information, unless I am mistaken.
For example, how would you install this package using librarian ?
remotes::install_github("ebecht/MCPcounter", ref = "master", subdir = "Source")
