Change license from GNU Affero General Public License to CeCILL v2.1.
CeCILL is a GPL- and AGPL-compatible license designed by French laboratories designed to give a better compatibility with the French laws.
The most important difference with the AGPL license is that in the (improbable, I hope) event that a legal issue happens, then must be disputed in the Paris Courts in France.
