Minimal steps to reproduce the bug

Use the DevExpress Install Wizard from https://www.devexpress.com/Products/AJAX-Control-Toolkit/
Install on Windows 11, with Visual Studio 2022.

Actual result

The pop-up below appears and the install is aborted

"Visual Studio Not Found To proceed with the DevExpress Installation Wizard for the ASP.NET AJAX Control Toolkit, you must first install Microsoft Visual Studio (versions 2010, 2012, 2013, 2015, 2017, 2019 - Community, Pro, Premium, Ultimate or Enterprise).

Expected result

AJAX Control Toolkit should install
