Debug Messages during Trade

This trade is trying to spend 100.00547503 dollars, which is what zenbot thinks my balance is....

Even though GDAX is saying that I have more than 100.00 dollars in my account; that should not be taken into account, and zenbot should not be rounding to nearest hundredth of a dollar regardless of what gdax is saying.

I'm going to try and dig a bit deeper, but this could be causing the trading issues in #509 (maybe others), If debug isn't enabled its unlikely anyone would see the "buying" as it would probably be overwritten too quickly on the output.
