Error connecting Pixel 4xl Device - applet not found

Unable to connect to Pixel 4XL device. See the command and error output below:

I tried to reproduce with a Pixel 4 XL and could not. I think this might be related to the fact that @ahmedmukhtar1133's device is rooted.

We got a confirmation from another user also trying on a rooted device and getting the same error
