No Such Table: UserNote #15

UserNotes fail to save, with this error:

saveAnnToDb() : sql changes failed to exception = no such table: UserNote

Python 3.11.4, Ubuntu 23.04, Dexctrack Version 3.7

I've merged in a simple update which I think will prevent that error from reappearing. Please try running

git pull origin master

to get this update, and test it.
