Юзеров брать из БД
Указывать ссылку
- МБ придется делать пользовательское соглашение для шаринга айдишника и ФИО из бд
Добавить функцию для запрета шаринга своего айди и ФИО (можно сделать как скрытый пользователь или просто не показывать в списке)

UPD

Тем, кто запретил "шаринг", сделать, чтобы они других тоже скрытыми видели by @Zamelane
